Supply Chain Associate III

Overview

The Supply Chain Logistics Associate III is responsible for the supply management function in the designated areas, maintaining close communication with Clinical & Supply Chain Leadership, colleagues, and other staff regarding supply related topics.

Work Shift:

Rotating

• Manage inventory balances across designated areas, understand logistical requirements to meet demand during a changing global supply chain and pivot plans when needed.
• Order, store, inventory, and distribute supplies and implement established plans to ensure supplies and equipment are readily available and orderly.
• Track shipments, coordinate internal stock transfers, and resolve delays.
• Assist with product conversions or substitutions.
• Manage non‑conforming supplies, including returns, within assigned areas.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time to meet job requirements.
• Provide outstanding customer service to on‑site supply chain staff, internal and external customers via email, phone, or other acceptable means.
• Escalate critical product shortages, stock outs, and vendor deficiencies to management and vendors.
• Use ERP and other platform systems effectively; work as a team player with a positive can‑do attitude.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• 3 years supply chain operations experience (Required).
• Healthcare experience (Preferred).
