Overview
The Supply Chain Logistics Associate III is responsible for the supply management function in the designated areas, maintaining close communication with Clinical & Supply Chain Leadership, colleagues, and other staff regarding supply related topics.

Woodbridge, VA
Work Shift:
Rotating
- Manage inventory balances across designated areas, understand logistical requirements to meet demand during a changing global supply chain and pivot plans when needed.
- Order, store, inventory, and distribute supplies and implement established plans to ensure supplies and equipment are readily available and orderly.
- Track shipments, coordinate internal stock transfers, and resolve delays.
- Assist with product conversions or substitutions.
- Manage non‑conforming supplies, including returns, within assigned areas.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time to meet job requirements.
- Provide outstanding customer service to on‑site supply chain staff, internal and external customers via email, phone, or other acceptable means.
- Escalate critical product shortages, stock outs, and vendor deficiencies to management and vendors.
- Use ERP and other platform systems effectively; work as a team player with a positive can‑do attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
- 3 years supply chain operations experience (Required).
- Healthcare experience (Preferred).
