Facilities Mechanic Associate; Arcade

Base pay: $15.00/hr – $16.75/hr.

• Respond to customer complaints of machine malfunction; analyze the mechanism to find the root of the problem.
• Assist the Facility Manager with installation, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical and circuitry issues in arcade and bowling machines.
• Identify common problems with components such as controls and audio systems.

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks.
• Keep a clean and organized workshop.
• Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and closing shift (store closes at 2 a.m.), with overtime as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two‑year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

• Regularly works in a bowling center/arcade with high noise, dust, and activity; environment usually loud.

• Require bending, stretching, twisting, climbing, high mobility in small spaces.
• Stand and walk for extended periods during busy times; use hands/fingers to handle, feel, and reach.
• Lift and/or move up to 100 lbs with assistance.

• 1 hour of time play (non‑prize) arcade games per week.
• 90 minutes of bowling per week (shoes included).
• 1 hour of karaoke/billiards per week.
• 50% discount on food items per working shift.
• 1 free beverage per working shift.
