Position SummaryThe Senior Project Manageris responsible for the successful execution of complex commercial moving and relocation projects from planning through completion. This role is field-focused and delivery-oriented, serving as the primary point of coordination on assigned projects to ensure quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and on-time completion.
The Senior Project Manager may be assigned projects across multiple Apple Moving locations depending onprojectscope, size, and complexity, and should be comfortable traveling to support projects in other markets as needed.
This role is focused on project execution and delivery and does not include responsibility for sales, pricing, customer acquisition, or commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage commercial moving and relocation projects from kickoff through close-out
- Serve as the primary on-site and customer-facing representative duringprojectexecution
- Coordinate crews, equipment, schedules, and logistics to ensure efficient and safe job completion
- Monitorprojecttimelines, scope, and quality standards
- Address and resolve on-site issues, changes, or escalations in real time
- Ensure adherence to Apple Moving safety, quality, and service standards
- Communicate proactively with customers regardingprojectstatus, milestones, and expectations
- Collaborate with internal operations and support teams to align resources and execution plans
- Travel to support projects in other Apple Moving locations based onprojectneeds
- Provide on-site guidance and coaching to crews and supervisors duringprojectexecution
- Reinforce best practices related to safety, quality, customer service, and job efficiency
- Support skill development by demonstrating proper techniques, workflows, andprojectstandards in the field
- Identify training needs observed duringprojectexecution and communicate recommendations to operations leadership
- Assist with onboarding support for crews assigned to complex or high-visibility projects
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through real-time feedback and post-project reviews
Training and development responsibilities are focused onproject-based execution and field performance and do not include ownership of formal training programs or company-wide workforce development.
As the organization grows, this role may expand to include:
- Oversight or mentoring ofprojectsupervisors orprojectmanagers
- Support of larger, multi-site, or higher-complexity commercial projects
- Participation in standardizingprojectexecution practices across locations
Any expansion of scope would remain focused on project delivery, execution leadership, and field development

- Experience managing commercial or large-scale operational projects
- Strong field leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead crews and supervisors in active job-site environments
- Comfortable working on-site and traveling as needed
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in moving, logistics, relocation, construction, facilities, or similar project-driven environments preferred
