We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Coordinator to enhance our team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Coordinator to grow our patient base and strengthen our community presence. This role requires a daily physical presence at the office and a weekly presence in the community to build strategic referral partnerships. The Marketing Coordinator will have access to corporate-approved marketing assets, including radio/TV, direct mail and lead response templates and graphic design support allowing the focus to be on local execution rather than starting from scratch.
- Digital Marketing:
Execute and manage social media accounts to engage with the local community. - Lead Conversion Management:
Oversee the Patient Lead system to track inbound inquiries, manage text/call follow-ups, and convert digital leads into initial consultations. - Community Partnerships:
Attend local networking groups, health fairs, and business expos to represent the practice and generate leads. - Partnerships:
Establish "Preferred Provider" relationships with local health care offices, fitness centers, corporate HR departments, etc. to create a steady stream of referrals. - Social Proof & Success Stories:
Coordinate the ethical and HIPAA-compliant collection and promotion of before-and-after photos and video testimonials. - Retention Marketing:
Implement email, Slick Text campaigns, slipping and dormant patient calls to motivate and improve program adherence. - Performance Tracking:
Assist in analyzing monthly metrics (cost per lead, new patient volume, Google rankings) and report findings to the Practice Administrator.
- Content Capture:
Serve as the in-house "creator" by filming patient testimonials and "day in the life" office tours for social media, helping to showcase and personalise our office and clinical team. - In-Office
Experience:
Ensure all in office signage and brochures are current and visually appealing to encourage word-of-mouth referrals from existing patients. - Event Planning:
Organize on-site "Open House" events or informational seminars to convert prospective leads into new patients. - Extroverted Personality:
High comfort level with public speaking and cold-approaching potential partners. - Local Market Knowledge:
Deep familiarity with the local business landscape and community demographics.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Experience:
1-3 years of experience in healthcare marketing or a similar professional services role. - Skills:
Proficiency with Google Ads, Social Media, basic content creation software like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. - Knowledge:
Understanding of HIPAA compliance and medical industry regulatory standards.
Base salary is typically supplemented by performance bonuses based on the KPI performance numbers for the office.
