Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

Join our team at Belmont Bay Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as an LPN! We offer part‑time opportunities with flexible schedules and an attractive hourly rate of $30–$37, all inclusive.

Shift Options:

• 3 PM – 11 PM every other weekend
• 7 AM – 3 PM

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as the physician’s plan of treatment.
• Follow a plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC).
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.

• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in the state of Virginia.
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
