Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)

Job Summary:
Delivers full-scope midwifery and women's health care across outpatient and inpatient settings, operating in collaborative partnership with attending physicians.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage low-to-moderate risk prenatal and postpartum care, routine GYN care, and telehealth visits
- Conduct inpatient labor & delivery (L&D) management, autonomous deliveries, postpartum rounding, and triage
Qualifications:
- Active Virginia APRN license
- AMCB Certification (required for CNM track)
- Active DEA registration & hospital privileges
Compensation: $125,000 – $148,000/year (Full-Time)
Reporting To:
Department Chief / Lead Clinical Physician
