Pediatric LPN - Homecare

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.

include assessing patient signs and symptoms, documenting diagnoses and care plans, performing clinical interventions, and revising care strategies based on patient progress and medical changes.

required are a current LPN/RN license, BLS certification, and recent PPD or Chest X-Ray. One year of prior LPN experience is preferred.

include strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and ability to prioritize patient needs.

include day and overnight shifts, with a focus on pediatric patients requiring G-tube, Trach, or Vent care.

may be assigned as needed.
