Position: Department Manager (DC,VA,MD, DE)
McDonald's - Up to $21.50/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience.;
Manage Department responsibilities (Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management), setting goals, delegating tasks to teams, following up, and reporting results.;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver great customer experience and that promotions are executed well with staff trained.;
Ensure the restaurant delivers quality, safe food, and that food cost is controlled; train kitchen staff on production procedures.;
Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate crew.
