We are looking for a Sleep Coach to help customers find the perfect sleep solutions through our advanced sleep technologies, mattress fittings, and personalized recommendations. This role offers a rewarding career in home furnishings.

• Guaranteed hourly rate & base pay
• Commission on personal sales paid biweekly
• Monthly bonus on personal sales
• Overall store performance bonus monthly

• Complete a comprehensive, hands‑on sales training program focused on understanding sleep needs and sleep conditions
• Educate customers on Ashley’s full range of mattresses, pillows, and sleep products
• Provide personalized recommendations based on each customer’s comfort and lifestyle needs
• Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity, empathy, and professionalism
• Create a welcoming and engaging in‑store environment
• Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales goals
• Partner with visual and operations teams to maintain a clean, efficient, and inviting showroom
• Champion an exceptional guest experience from greeting through post‑sale follow‑up
• Assist in resolving customer concerns with professionalism and care

• Retail sales or leadership experience preferred (Furniture/Selling experience is a PLUS, but not required)
• Bilingual candidates are a PLUS!
• Passion for customer service and improving lives through better sleep
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
