Hourly Wage Range: $23.50 - $24.90

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a part‑time Supervisor. You will be a role model, providing a brand experience for our customers. The Supervisor will provide training to enhance the team’s ability to exceed our high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and sales.

Core Responsibilities
  • Assist the Assistant Store Manager (ASM) and Store Manager (SM) in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling
  • Supervise Sales Associates during shifts, addressing issues in line with LEGO policies and procedures, with support from the ASM and SM
  • Complete orders for store and office supplies in line with guidelines and budgets
  • Ensure that all money handling procedures are followed by Sales Associates
  • Maintain a well‑organised stockroom, ensuring products are merchandised on the shop floor and loss‑prevention targets are met
  • Help the ASM and SM achieve a high standard of merchandise presentation following store guidelines
  • Maximize profitable sales by regularly reviewing sales and margin information
  • Use appropriate space‑management techniques to optimise store layout
  • Maintain the store graphics system, including pricing, to support customer service and sales
  • Ensure fixtures are fully replenished at all times
  • Evaluate competitor visual merchandising techniques and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO Brand Retail guidelines
  • Motivate and develop a high‑performance team, sharing the LEGO Brand, Vision and Values
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Leadership and/or management experience in a specialty retail environment
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Experience delivering employee training
  • Experience with cash handling and inventory/sales auditing
  • Proficiency with point‑of‑sale automated systems
  • Knowledge of merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising
  • Physical capability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and lift up to 30 lbs
