• Welcome all customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses.
• Act as a leader in optical acumen.
• Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Accurately use technology despite time pressure and customer volume, with exceptional product knowledge and appropriate tools.
• Proactively explore root causes of issues, forward‑think to ensure customer satisfaction and exceeded expectations, driving solutions.
• Multi‑task, prioritize and manage time with competing priorities.
• Strive to achieve exceptional results on brand KPIs and competencies.
• Take pride in store appearance, keeping it clean, attractive, and organized.
• Inform management of safety opportunities, demonstrating safe work practices.
• Be resourceful, self‑motivated, and pursue continual learning, improvement, and results.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• State licensure.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service skills: effective communicator, attentive listener, and team builder.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Selling skills – ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet.
• Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators.
• Embrace new technology and change.

• Previous customer service and retail experience.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
