Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes and organization? Our Bakery/Packager associates prepare fresh baked items daily for our members through follow recipes and wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise. They ensure the freshest items available to take home to their families and juggle several tasks while helping members with their bakery orders. It’s hard work, but our bakery team finds it rewarding, especially since they’re part of a large team with a common goal: happy, satisfied members.

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team, communicate with team members, and be flexible to business needs.
• Be an Expert: Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs, operate baking equipment, follow recipes, wrap, label, and store merchandise, ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management.
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
• Be an Owner: Maintain work area according to company policies, uphold quality and date control standards, secure fragile and high‑shrink merchandise, eliminate waste, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience, modeling high quality service, and exhibiting energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00*

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
