Prepared Food Team Member

$19.00–$27.00 per hour*

Full time; shifts may vary

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
• Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future productions, and ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, and inventory management.
• Leverage digital tools to improve sales, the shopping experience, and associate engagement; use handheld technology for real‑time production, ordering, training, and product quality decisions.
• Drive area performance by stocking, rotating merchandise, maintaining quality and date control standards, eliminating waste, and providing member service—acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues.
• Act as a brand advocate, develop, influence, and inspire teammates, and support their training.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; utilize the Open Door Policy.
• Complete work assignments, prioritize tasks using policies, data, and resources, collaborate with managers and partners, communicate progress, and recommend improvement opportunities.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully complete all required training within the prescribed timeframe.

• Food Safety Certification.
• Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
