Join Sam’s Club’s freezer, cooler, and deli team to keep shelves stocked and maintain the sanitary conditions of freezers and coolers that keep products ready for our members. When working in the deli department you’ll provide front‑line customer service, ensuring a great shopping experience for every member.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, performing proper forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials appropriately, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, completing required audits and documentation, and securing fragile and high‑shrink merchandise.
• Provide member service by greeting members, identifying their needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the company’s products and services.
• Follow company policies related to the freezer/cooler area by complying with food handling policies, operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment, following cold‑chain procedures when stocking, cleaning the freezer/cooler/deli area, monitoring fan, drain, and door operation, and reporting issues to management.
