This job is responsible for the promotion and selling of XFINITY Residential products and services within an assigned turf. This role focuses on individual direct sales and/or multiple dwelling units to establish relationships to meet sales targets. To maximize sales and/or winbacks, this role utilizes extensive product knowledge and sales experience.
Core Responsibilities- Showcase Comcast product expertise and promote/sell to customers by door-to-door canvassing in assigned area.
- Demonstrate current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products including features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns.
- Communicate and develop rapport with customers effectively.
- Evaluate individual customers’ existing and potential product needs and make recommendations.
- Increase customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models as well as unique benefits over other service providers.
- Evaluate offers from other companies and frame a response to showcase the advantages of Comcast.
- Meet the physical requirements of the job, including the ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all weather conditions.
- Obtain and maintain any credentials and/or licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
- Work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Understand and apply our Operating Principles as the guidelines for how you do your job.

Base Pay: $41,488.00
Targeted Total Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $85,488.00
Most sales positions are eligible for commission under an applicable plan. Comcast also offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees.
