If you naturally remember customers' names, make people feel genuinely taken care of, and enjoy helping someone find exactly what they're looking for - we'd love to meet you.
The roleWork directly with clients to find the right piece, build lasting relationships through follow-up and clienteling, and support day-to-day store operations. No jewelry experience required - we'll train you. What we can't teach is genuine care for people.
You might be a great fit if...- You have at least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience
- People describe you as warm, attentive, and easy to talk to
- You're organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Base pay + commission
