This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager supporting operations at Lucki Mazda of Woodbridge. In this role, you will lead and support the sales team while helping drive dealership growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. You will work alongside a collaborative team that values integrity, continuous learning, accountability, and respect.

• Lead, coach, and support the sales team in achieving performance and customer satisfaction goals
• Assist in managing daily sales operations, inventory flow, and showroom activity
• Help structure deals and support negotiations professionally and ethically
• Monitor sales performance metrics and support process improvement initiatives
• Train and mentor Client Advisors on customer experience, product knowledge, and sales strategy
• Support customer escalations and help resolve concerns with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with finance, service, and leadership teams to ensure smooth dealership operations
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, reporting, and sales documentation
• Support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Strong leadership, communication, and relation shipbuilding skills
• Experience in automotive sales, retail leadership, or customer facing management roles
• Ability to coach and motivate a team in a fastpaced environment
• Strong organizational, problem solving, and decision making skills
• Professionalism, accountability, and customerfirst mindset
• Comfort working with CRM systems, reporting tools, and digital sales platforms
• Bilingual communication skills preferred (please specify language proficiency when applying)
• Dealership management or automotive sales leadership experience is a plus
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver s license preferred

This role is based on-site within a professional dealership operations environment. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards for professionalism, leadership, and customer care.
