Residential HVAC Maintenance & Repair Technician

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Residential HVAC Maintenance & Repair Technician to provide high-quality service to homeowners. Responsibilities

• Perform residential HVAC preventative maintenance and repair on heating and cooling systems.
• Diagnose system issues, recommend solutions, and complete quality repairs to code and company standards.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, options, and maintenance recommendations.
• Document work performed using company systems and maintain accurate service records.
• Follow all safety protocols, driving and working safely on customer properties.
• Collaborate with dispatch, service managers, and teammates to ensure timely, efficient service.
• Participate in ongoing technical and safety training to maintain and grow HVAC expertise.
