• $140,000 – $228,400 inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour‑based incentives

• Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in VA
• Active DEA license in VA
• Active NPI number
• Experience in direct clinical care
• 2+ years of medication‑management experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults (highly preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Interest in a collaborative team environment

• Provide high‑quality, evidence‑based care
• Work with adults, young adults, and/or children
• Support patients in crisis with timely, appropriate interventions
• Complete accurate documentation promptly
