Are you energetic, focused, coachable, and a people person? Are you passionate about helping others recover and feel their best? We’re looking for a driven individual to join Dr. Mac’s Medical Pain Management and Wellness Center as a Physical Rehabilitation Tech Intern. Healthcare or rehab experience is a plus, but not required — attitude and coachability matter most. If you prove yourself, we will consider you for a full‑time position as your skills develop.

This is a one-year paid internship and training program that requires 20 hours per week in office and clinical work. The program is structured as follows:

• First 4 months: $300 per week
• Upon successful completion of the initial 4-month probation period, you will qualify for a raise based on performance up to $400 per week, for the remainder of the one-year internship.

• Rehabilitation technician duties — assisting with therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient set‑up
• Patient care coordination and monitoring progress
• Assisting with photobiomodulation (Red/Near Infrared LED Laser) and spinal decompression therapies
• Case management fundamentals

• Supporting patient retention and relationship‑building
• Health and wellness education for patients
• Supporting practice expansion and marketing efforts

• Office administration and clinical systems
• Team support and coordination
• Computer proficiency and technology tools
• Time management and organizational skills

• Genuine enthusiasm and a positive, high‑energy attitude
• Willingness to learn and be coached
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Interest in health, wellness, and physical rehabilitation
• Comfort with computers and technology
• Dependable transportation — must be able to commute reliably to Woodbridge, VA
• Ideally located in or near the Woodbridge area

$300.00 per week (first 4 months) | Up to $400.00 per week (upon successful completion of probation period)
