Position:

COMPETITION GYMNASTICS ASSISTANT COACH

NOTE :
This position is crucial position in our teams! You have direct input on scheduling, training development, and education of our Gymnastics Competition Programs
. You must be organized, efficient, cheerful, diplomatic, presentable and a team player. After initial training, you will have light supervision, but help is available almost anytime.
The most important aspects are developing the student's self-esteem and monitoring each child's progress
. This position requires a large amount of patience and detail-orientation.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW - Completely read and commit to the Gymnastics World's Purpose!

Ø Work all possible Team Workouts and Hours available as the assistant Coach on the groups

Ø Assist on school year daily workout format & scheduling grid

Ø Coaching Daily Event Assignments;
Training Cycles Grid

Ø Approach to each Event & Progressions

Ø Coaches Meets Assignments

Ø Coordinating with Management re:
Meet Entry Lists and Fees

Ø End of season Event (party, lunch, play day, parents meeting, ...)

Ø Assist with all Gymnastics World's hosted Competitions

Ø Assist with Gymnastics World Summer Camp

Ø New Girls Xcel Clinics, Regional and National Congresses

Ø National Gymnastics Day Event

Ø Teamwork among the Team Staff & Rec Gym/Preschool Gym Directors & Staff

Ø Recommendations for Equipment, Mats, Pits, etc.

Ø Develop annual, PRIORITIZED Goals and steps/projects toward the Goals.

Ø Ensure that Teachers follow designated systems and Curriculum.

Ø Monitor Phone & Email contacts every workday.

Ø Meet & coordinate w/ other Directors as needed or requested, including Directors/Owners meetings.

Ø Help set the example at Gymnastics World - be known as an Upbeat, Enthusiastic, Knowledgeable, Hard Worker.

Ø Help set and maintain standard attire for your program(s).

Ø Develop Gymnastics community relationships with people who can help you GROW your program(s).

Ø Facility - propose maintenance, repairs, remodeling & construction that would contribute to enhancing the Gymnastics World image and operations.

BENEFITS OVERVIEW

Ø Base salary $20 per hour, Estimated 20-25 hours per week.

Ø Private Lessons at 100%.

Ø Gymnastics World, LLC will send team coaches and Directors to mutually agreed upon Educational clinics and seminars.

Ø Gymnastics World, LLC does carry Workmens' Compensation as required by law.

Ø Staff members may enroll children in Gymnastics World's regular programs at discounted rates established by the management.
