Position Overview
Coleman Worldwide Moving has immediate openings for non‑CDL driving positions in your area. This full‑service moving company is looking for drivers who will load, transport, and unload household goods, lead moving crews, interact with customers daily, and grow within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, comply with a zero‑tolerance drug policy, and be subject to a DOT drug screen. If you thrive on challenges and can solve problems on the road, this is the job for you.
Key Responsibilities- Transport goods using a company truck
- Lead the crew in loading shipment onto and off of the truck
- Inspect shipment before loading for proper packing or wrapping
- Perform accurate inventory of shipment
- Assist with loading trucks or containers for forward movement via interstate commerce
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip safety inspections on truck equipment, interior and exterior, straps and tensioners, walk boards, etc.
- Maintain required documentation and paperwork for shipments, expenses, driver logs, and DOT regulations
- Lift and carry household goods between residence and vehicle
- Other duties as assigned
- Willingness to travel locally, intrastate, or interstate
- Ability to operate a 24‑ft. box truck
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliability and punctuality; ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of DOT regulations
- High school diploma or GED required
- Preferred:
Real , Commercial driver's license (CDL) , or valid driver’s license
- Indoor and outdoor work
- Lifting objects up to 50 pounds
- Frequent squatting and bending
- Frequent use of stairs
- Long periods of driving
- 40 hours of vacation pay after 1 year of employment

- Seasonal associates must be employed as helper, packer, driver, warehouseman, or other operational non‑management positions, show proof of enrollment in school, work full time during the season, and have a supervisor’s acknowledgment of good performance and attendance.
