CDL Driver- Local and OTR

Coleman Worldwide Moving has immediate openings for CDL driving positions. The role involves loading, transporting, and unloading household goods, and offers opportunities to lead moving crews, interact with customers daily, and grow within the company.

Ideal candidates will have a clean driving record, comply with a zero‑tolerance drug policy (including a DOT drug screen), and be willing to travel local, intrastate and/or interstate.

• Transport goods using a company truck.
• Lead and supervise crew in loading and unloading shipments.
• Inspect shipments for proper packing or wrapping.
• Perform accurate inventory of shipment contents.
• Assist in loading trucks and/or containers for interstate commerce.
• Carry out pre‑trip and post‑trip safety inspections of the truck, equipment, and cargo.
• Maintain required documentation, paperwork for shipments, expenses, driver logs, and DOT regulations.
• Lift and carry household goods between residence and vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Willingness to travel local, intrastate and/or interstate.
• Ability to operate a box truck or tractor‑trailer (per CDL qualification).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliability and punctuality; ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.

High school diploma or GED. (Preferred: Real , commercial driver’s license.)

• Indoors and outdoors.
• Lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent squatting, bending, and use of stairs.
• Long periods of driving.

40‑hour vacation pay after 1 year of employment.
