• Have valid driver’s license with safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Possess navigational skills: read maps, use phone GPS, locate addresses within designated delivery area, navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.
• Operate all delivery equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, may use calculator.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise rapid movements.
• Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Pass applicable company background checks.
• Maintain safe driving record and meet company‑specified driving record standards.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when performing outside tasks.
• Store temperatures ranging from 36°F in cooler to 90°F or higher in some work areas.
• Sudden temperature changes indoors and outdoors.
• Fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Talking and hearing on telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
