Type of Employment: Direct Hire, Full Time, Fully Onsite
Location: Woodburn, OR
Exciting opportunity available for an Accounts Receivable position! LHH has formed a partnership with a company located near Woodburn, OR which is actively seeking an AR Specialist to join their team on a direct hire basis.
Responsibilities- Handling collections for business-to-business transactions
- Managing the invoicing process and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments
- Following up on overdue accounts
- Resolving any discrepancies or inquiries related to invoices
- 5+ years of accounts receivable experience
- A BA or AA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Strong customer service abilities
- Proficiency in multitasking
- Prior experience with cash posting and cash applications
