Overview
This is an on-site Senior Accounting Manager role in the Woodburn, OR area. The role involves a mix of finance, FP&A, and business partnering with manufacturing operations (40% finance, 40% FP&A, 20% business partnering).
Responsibilities- Oversee monthly close and track financial performance against budget, including variance analysis, financial analysis, reconciliations, budgeting, and controls.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations in collaboration with a small team.
- Ensure compliance, oversee journal entries, and help implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Streamline processes and reduce risks; collaborate with company leadership to align financial strategies with larger company goals.
- 6+ years of relevant accounting and finance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance highly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- SAP system experience ideal; prior ERP experience required
