• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• SAP system experience ideal, prior ERP experience required

This role breaks down as 40% finance (cost accounting, reporting, controls), 40% FP&A (budgeting, forecasting, analysis), and 20% business partnering with manufacturing operations.

Reporting to a regional finance leader, you will oversee monthly close and track financial performance against budget, including variance analysis, financial analysis, reconciliations, budgeting, and controls. You will also manage day‑to‑day accounting operations in collaboration with a small team. In addition, you will ensure compliance, oversee journal entries, and help implement risk mitigation strategies.

Streamlining processes and reducing risks are a key part of this role, as is collaborating with company leadership to align financial strategies with larger company goals.
