Utilize your accounting experience and meticulous analytical mind in our latest Senior Accounting Manager role!
This role breaks down as 40% finance (cost accounting, reporting, controls), 40% FP&A (budgeting, forecasting, analysis), and 20% business partnering with manufacturing operations.
Reporting to a regional finance leader, you will oversee monthly close and track financial performance against budget, including variance analysis, financial analysis, reconciliations, budgeting, and controls. You will also manage day-to-day accounting operations in collaboration with a small team. In addition, you will ensure compliance, oversee journal entries, and help implement risk mitigation strategies.
Streamlining processes and reducing risks are a key part of this role, as is collaborating with company leadership to align financial strategies with larger company goals.
