We’re working with an organization seeking a seasoned HR professional to step into a Human Resources Manager role, providing strategic leadership and serving as a trusted business partner across the organization.
In this role, you’ll lead workforce and succession planning, oversee full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, and act as a steady advisor on employee relations and conflict resolution. A strong attention to detail is essential as you manage performance review systems, conduct compensation analysis, and oversee benefits programs. Candidates with HRCI or SHRM certifications are strongly encouraged to apply.
Experience with safety, quality, and regulatory frameworks is critical, along with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to lead through change. You’ll help integrate safety and quality metrics, ensure policies align with labor laws and industry standards, and partner cross-functionally to strengthen operational effectiveness and employee engagement.
