As an IT Support Associate II, you will use your skills to support the operations team in resolving technical problems within Amazon operations facilities in a defined geographical area that spans across a multitude of technical disciplines. Key Job Responsibilities- Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
- Handle support requests and procedures across the network.
- Assist in training new hires.
- Continuously learn new technologies.
- Support customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
- Travel within your local or regional area to support customers.
- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
- Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand or walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
- At least 1 year of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating‑system support experience (or equivalent).
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco / CCNA, Linux (Red Hat), Microsoft hardware installation, AWS, or other industry‑relevant certifications.
