Store Crew

The Store Crew / Team Member supports daily quick-service restaurant operations by preparing food products, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring a clean and safe store environment. This role works in a fast-paced setting while complying with company policies and applicable Oregon labor laws.

• Prepare and cook menu items following company recipes and food safety standards
• Operate fryers, POS systems, and basic kitchen equipment safely
• Greet customers, take orders accurately, and handle cash and electronic payments
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas, dining areas, and equipment
• Follow food handling regulations, including proper hygiene, storage, and temperature control
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
• Follow all health, safety, and workplace policies
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members
• Perform other duties consistent with the nature of the role

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic math and cash-handling skills preferred
• Oregon Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain within the required timeframe per Oregon Health Authority rules)

• Availability must align with business scheduling needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 25–40 lbs occasionally
• Use hands for food preparation and equipment operation
• Bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions
• Work near hot oil, cooking equipment, and kitchen environments

• This is a non-exempt hourly position eligible for overtime under federal and Oregon wage and hour laws
• Employees are entitled to legally required meal and rest periods under Oregon law, which generally include:
• A 30-minute unpaid meal period for shifts of 6 hours or more
• Paid rest periods based on hours worked (typically 10 minutes for every 4 hours worked)
• Schedules may vary based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Pay practices comply with Oregon Bureau of Labor & Industries (BOLI) regulations
