Third Keyholder
ECCO, one of the world’s premier Footwear companies, is now hiring a Third Keyholder for our Retail Team.
WHO YOU AREAs an ECCO Third Keyholder, you will be responsible for driving and exceeding store financial goals by ensuring a world class shopping experience for our guests. Essential responsibilities will be assisting the Store Manager in managing the store’s merchandise and inventory, maintaining operational and administrative excellence, and providing training, coaching, and professional development for the ECCO store team. You will ensure compliance with ECCO policies and procedures, assign goals and motivate employees to maximize their potential, and communicate all applicable information to fellow management and employees.
You need strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize work, superior organization and follow‑up skills, and act as a Brand Ambassador by exercising good judgment in resolving customer service issues. A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to ECCO’s culture of passion, innovation and sustainability is required.
CompensationCompetitive pay based on relevant skills and experience: $16.34 – $18.77 per hour.
BonusQuarterly performance bonus based on store results and position.
