$19.00 per hour, based on location and experience.
ScheduleFriday, Saturday, or Sunday; up to 14 hours per week.
About the PositionAs a Premium PC Sales Specialist, you will engage with customers in a classy and stylish manner, showcasing the latest features of premium HP PCs. You will apply your training in artificial intelligence (AI) technology to bring AI and other dynamic technologies to life on PCs and enhance the customer experience. By building relationships with store associates and communicating the value proposition of premium products, you will drive revenue growth, increase unit sales, and contribute to the growth of the premium market segment.

- Demonstrate premium lifestyle HP PC products and accessories at a big‑box retail store.
- Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience.
- Maintain professional relationships with retail partners within the assigned store(s).
- Train retail store associates on HP products, accessories, and services with a focus on PC innovation.
- Maintain merchandising for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
- Report and provide competitive insights.
- Consistent weekend schedule.

- Friday, Saturday, or Sunday availability.

- Ability to overcome objections and connect with customer needs.
- Retail or customer service experience an advantage.
- Training or product demonstration experience an advantage.
- One‑year job experience required.
- Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
- Maintain professional interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
- Welcome customers courteously and offer assistance.
- Escort customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest products.
- Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
- Build customer confidence when helping selections.
- Accurately document and report sales.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.
- Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
- Keep the workstation/kiosk clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals.
- Customer/client satisfaction, based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.
