Description
We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. You will use your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modelling the behaviours that the sales team need to demonstrate in order to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve all sales and customer service targets.
Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations.
- Coach and mentor the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Conduct start and end of day cash reconciliation.
- Open and close the store on a rota basis.
- Maintain a positive and professional store environment.
- Assist with visual merchandising and stock management.
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on inspirational, authentic, and personalized service.
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Cash handling experience, including cash reconciliation.
- Previous supervisory experience, coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
- Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $17.25 to $28.75, depending on experience, skills, education, and budget. This may vary based on geographic location and may include an annual discretionary bonus.
