What You’ll Do

As an Oakley Sales Associate, you’ll deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll meet sales goals, offer personalized eyewear and apparel solutions, and help customers elevate their performance with your expertise and passion.

• Passion for Customer Service:
  Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences is essential.

Employee pay is determined by factors such as geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, complementing a first‑class total rewards package.
