Precision Cabinet Installer – Custom Finishes

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cabinet Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing kitchen, bathroom, and custom cabinetry with precision, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

• Install kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, closets, and custom millwork
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layout specifications
• Measure spaces and ensure proper alignment and leveling of cabinets
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Make on-site adjustments and modifications as needed
• Install hardware such as hinges, handles, and drawer slides
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other trades
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Ensure all installations meet company quality standards

• Proven experience in cabinet installation or finish carpentry
• Ability to read plans and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Knowledge of tools, materials, and installation techniques
• Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs)
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong problem‑solving skills

• Experience with cabinet refacing
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical (for minor adjustments)
• Experience with custom cabinetry or high‑end finishes

• Residential and/or commercial job sites
• Indoor and occasional outdoor work
• Physical work including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
