• Shift Description: Hospital Based, all inpatient - OR/ICU/Rounding of patients in ER and floors, Monday to Friday, 6:45AM-5PM + call
• Weekend Requirements: Nights/Weekend rotation
• On Call Requirements: Nights/Weekend rotation

• Call Ratio: 3 providers taking call
• Average Number of Cases Per Day: 2 cases per day

• Annual ER Volume: 85,000 per year

• Documentation System/EMR: EPIC

• Descending Aortic Aneurysms
• CABG
• Off-Pump CABG
• Arterial Revascularization (Using Internal Mammary Arteries, Radial Artery, and Gastroepiploic Artery)
• Redo Coronary Revascularization
• Tube Thoracostomy
• Pericardial Window
• Thoracic aortic aneurysms
• Heart Valve Repair/Replacement Surgery
• Core Valve System
• Mitral Valve Repair

• Board Certified: Required
• BLS and ACLS: Required
• CT License: Highly preferred, will give preference to providers with CT license
