We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with experience in AutoCAD and Civil 3D to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced engineers on a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from commercial and retail developments to multi-family residential and multidisciplinary site development projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to gain hands-on experience, expand technical expertise, and contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
+ Partner with senior engineers on the planning, design, and execution of land development projects.
+ Develop engineering plans and drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
+ Contribute to stormwater management, site development, grading, drainage, and utility design efforts.
+ Assist with projects involving traffic engineering and landscape architecture coordination.
+ Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure project success.
+ Prepare technical documentation, calculations, and project deliverables.
+ Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout all project phases.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
+ 2+ years of civil engineering experience.
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD.
+
Experience with :
+ Grading and drainage design
+ Utility design
+ Stormwater management
+ Land development and site civil engineering
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license.
+
Experience with Civil 3D.
+ Prior internship experience in a civil engineering environment.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
