Civil Engineer - Open To Recent Grads

Entry-Level Civil Engineer

We are seeking an Entry-Level Civil Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent Civil Engineering graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain experience in land development, grading, drainage, and site design projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of civil engineering designs and construction documents for land development projects.
• Perform basic engineering calculations related to grading, drainage, utilities, and site development.
• Develop and modify plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Review survey data, plans, and project documents to support design activities.
• Assist with permit applications, technical reports, and engineering studies.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and drafters throughout the design process.
• Conduct occasional site visits and field inspections as needed.
• Follow company safety policies and quality standards.
• Support additional project-related tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain EIT within 12 months.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.

• Internship or co-op experience in civil engineering is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Woodbury, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr. Company offers 401k, medical, dental, vision, PTO and holiday pay.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Woodbury, CT.
