This is a full-time, on-site Clinician role based in Woodbury, CT. The Clinician will provide direct counseling and therapy services to clients while supporting their mental health, behavioral, and substance use recovery. Responsibilities include creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, completing assessments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care. The Clinician will engage clients in therapeutic activities and offer guidance in fostering personal growth and meeting recovery goals.

• Proficiency in counseling and therapy techniques, including individual, group, and family therapy.
• Knowledge of mental health, substance use, and behavioral therapy practices.
• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and teams.
• Ability to develop customized treatment plans and conduct assessments with attention to detail.
• Dedication to providing compassionate, client-centered care, and fostering positive outcomes.
• Relevant certifications and licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or pre‑licensed individuals), and a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
