Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Woodbury, CT
Schedule: Mon–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
On-Call Expectation: Rotating 24/7 on-call shift every third week.
Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour (Hourly, depending on experience; negotiable for highly qualified candidates).

Experience: 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
Certifications: Active EPA certification and OSHA certification.
Technical
Skills:
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair abilities. Experience with geothermal and Dektron systems is a strong plus.General Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean record, personal hand tools, willingness to join the rotating on-call schedule, and a strong, family-oriented work ethic.
Diagnose, repair, maintain, and service a wide variety of residential HVAC equipment, including heat pumps, mini-splits, condensers, gas & oil furnaces, water heaters (electric, gas, oil, tankless), and boilers (such as Viessmann, Buderus, and Burnham).
Work on advanced, high-efficiency equipment, including geothermal units and Dektron systems.
Manage and complete approximately 4 to 6 service calls per day depending on the job scope.
Interact directly with residential customers in a professional, courteous manner, providing clear explanations of repairs and identifying opportunities for system upgrades or replacements.
Support team expansion efforts as the business grows into light commercial and new construction markets.
