Senior Accountant
Location: Woodbury, MN (Onsite)
Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 + Profit Sharing

This role offers a unique blend of traditional general ledger accounting responsibilities along with exposure to inventory accounting and operational finance. The organization is looking for an accounting professional who enjoys working across multiple areas of the accounting function, partnering with operations, and contributing to process improvements within a collaborative manufacturing environment.
This position provides strong visibility across the organization, opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to work closely with business leaders while helping support accurate financial reporting and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting policies
- Assist with inventory accounting activities, including inventory reconciliations, variance analysis, and transaction review
- Partner with operations and supply chain teams to support inventory accuracy and reporting
- Analyze financial results and investigate variances to identify trends and provide business insights
- Assist with preparation of financial statements and management reporting packages
- Support internal and external audit requests
- Participate in process improvement initiatives designed to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Experience supporting inventory accounting, manufacturing accounting, or cost-related accounting functions is preferred but not required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working within ERP systems
- Ability to communicate effectively across accounting, finance, and operational teams
