Our client is looking for a hands‑on Accounting Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to play a key role in shaping financial performance. This is more than a traditional accounting role; you’ll be a trusted partner to leadership, balancing day‑to‑day execution with strategic insight.

• Own the monthly close process and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting
• Turn financial data into insights that drive better business decisions
• Keep cash flow running smoothly while overseeing payables, receivables, and reconciliations
• Support budgeting and forecasting with a forward‑looking mindset
• Ensure payroll, benefits, and employee expenses are processed accurately
• Maintain strong financial controls and support audits and compliance requirements
• Partner with operational teams to monitor project performance and ensure costs and revenue are aligned
• Spot opportunities to improve processes and implement smarter, more efficient ways of working
• Lead and develop a high‑performing accounting team

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Accounting, Finance, or related degree)
• Proven accounting leadership experience (project‑based or construction experience a plus)
• 5-7 years of Accounting experience
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident communicator who can work across all levels of the organization
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and solutions‑driven
