Project Finance Manager

You'll work closely with project management, engineering, supply chain, and leadership teams while owning everything from month-end close and revenue recognition to forecasting, budgeting, inventory, and strategic planning. • Manage complex revenue recognition and financial accounting
• Build forecasts and cash flow projections for active projects
• Support general ledger functions and lead divisional workflows for financial close cycles
• Identify efficiencies to accelerate reporting timelines and automate financial workflows
• Prepare consolidated budget models and strategic analysis for leadership presentations
• Collaborate with sales teams to optimize contract payment structures and cash flow
• Establish financial health metrics to track project execution against established plans
• Maintain internal controls and coordinate documentation for year-end external audits

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• 5+ years of accounting and FP&A experience in a manufacturing environment

• Salary Range: $115,000-$125,000
