  • Provide administrative, clerical, and receptionist support, serving as the first point of contact for customers.

  • Handle routine office duties and work closely with the General Manager to ensure efficient operations.

  • Perform data entry, assist with billing, process accounts receivable and payable, and maintain financial documentation.

  • Manage phone calls, take messages, and field routine inquiries as a receptionist.

  • Organize and prioritize large volumes of information and communications.

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail for the General Manager.

  • Respond to requests for information and provide timely assistance.

  • Contact customers regarding billing issues, follow up on past‑due accounts and collections.

  • Maintain and update office databases (contracts, client information, signage, etc.).

  • Generate monthly and annual expense reports and other tracking reports.

  • Order office supplies and logo plates, and assist with internal procurement.

  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, typing, designing correspondence, and expense report processing.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Access and Excel.
