Our growing financial firm is looking for a development coordinator to assist in the day-to-day operations of onboarding and development of new financial representatives and directly support our Managing Director. We are looking for a driven individual who possess great people skills, works independently, has a passion for learning and growing, and is looking to be connected to a great culture and growing team.
This is a full-time, in-office position.
- Assist new financial representatives in the onboarding process from contract and licensing through financial planning academy.
- Coordinate all coaching touchpoints weekly, monthly, and quarterly for new financial representatives and their coaches.
- Oversee joint work that new FRs engage in with veteran FRs to ensure optimum learning and value are achieved; track joint work activities to show progress over time.
- Partner with the Technology Productivity Coach or other leadership team members in preparing for Weekly and Monthly Client Builder meetings as needed.
- Communicate activity results weekly to leadership team.
- Provide support during the week, e.g., answering questions, providing insights
- Serve as a partner to the Managing Director; ensuring priorities are advanced with discretion, speed, and precision.
- Serve as a key point of contact for all internal and external requests
- Manage calendars for internal and client meetings
- Assist executive with reviewing and editing organization focused emails- both general and sensitive communications, and disseminating per guidance appropriately and timely
- Maintain comprehensive lists of centers of influence, clients, prospects to be used on a regular basis
- Manage a high volume of correspondence
- 3+ years of equivalent work experience, preferably in a related field
- Proficient in Outlook, MS Word, Excel and other business tools and technologies
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy in handling detailed work
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to adapt to change, and identify process improvements
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Qualifications:
- Hold an active Life, Accident, & Health license
