As Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful execution of construction work, in accordance with contractual obligations, internal policies, and The Limbach Way.
This Position- Utilize a project management information control system to govern the lifecycle of the project.
- Manage all aspects of the customer relationship to secure future repeat business.
- Protect the Company’s interests and legal rights through documentation and communication with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal parties.
- Break down cost estimates into measurable segments for accurate cost projections.
- Issue purchase orders to equipment providers and material suppliers in accordance with the Company’s purchasing guidelines.
- Develop a detailed scope of work for contracts issued to subcontractors.
- Identify cost impacts from scope changes and construction schedule changes.
- Pursue compensation for impacts in compliance with contract terms to maximize profitability.
- Facilitate labor plans, manpower loading schedules, target progress reports, and track installation productivities.
- Forecast and verify costs, revenue, and gross profit each month to present financial outcomes to stakeholders.
- Monitor project cash flow to maintain a positive bottom line via schedule of values, billing, and collections.
- Oversee engineering/commissioning resources and subcontractor work to enhance productivity.
- Manage job completion, final acceptance, and warranty to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a construction‑related field or equivalent.
- 3+ years of industry‑specific experience.
- In‑depth knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes and construction laws.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, communicate, and negotiate effectively.
- Strong analytical/problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Documented completion of OSHA’s 30‑hour Construction Training Course.
- Valid driver’s license and a driving record compliant with Company policies and MVR requirements.
- Consent to ongoing driving record monitoring by the Company.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Previous people‑management experience.
- 5+ years of industry‑specific experience.
- Maintain appropriate Company confidentiality at all times.

- Primarily in an office environment using standard office equipment.
- May require travel to local job sites, encountering typical construction site conditions.
- Regularly required to talk, hear, perform repetitive motion, and maintain visual and manual dexterity.
- Light work position: may exert up to 20 pounds occasionally, 10 pounds frequently, or negligible force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.
- Base salary range of $125K – $140K.
