Murata Vios is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to act as the primary Help Desk contact during core business hours, handling calls and emails, generating Jira tickets, and documenting all interactions. You will coordinate with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Technical teams to drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction in a hybrid role from Woodbury, MN.
You will troubleshoot at level one, escalate complex issues, monitor customer health, and deliver ongoing education to improve utilization.
