Creative Homes is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our high energy, rapidly growing team!
- Accounts Payable back-up
- Create and Distribute Weekly Reports
- AP and Vendor Inquiries
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts?
- Review P&L Monthly and Month End Reports
- Bank Reconciliations
- Month End Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Prepare and Request draws
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews?
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics?
- Other Projects as Assigned
Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Job requires excellent verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Must have the attitude and ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and be able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with an energetic, professional, and positive demeanor.
