The Client Service Associate is often a client's first and most frequent point of contact. CSA’s serve as the vital link between our clients and the PGFG team. This role quarterbacks a wide range of tasks at once, delivering the responsive, detail-oriented support that helps us meet and exceed client expectations. We’re looking for someone who leads with genuine care, brings sharp attention to detail, and approaches every day with a growth mindset.
ResponsibilitiesWarmly greet clients and visitors, ensuring our office always feels clean, organized, and welcoming.
Service a wide variety of tasks and priorities at once, keeping every detail organized and each deadline on track.
Engage directly with clients, processing requests and resolving day-to-day inquiries with care and attention to detail; routing more complex questions to the appropriate team.
Keep client, prospect, and vendor records accurate and up to date in Salesforce.
Generate and process new and existing client paperwork through Charles Schwab. Track incoming fund transfers from surrendering companies and proactively help resolve any issues that arise.
Ensure that client accounts are accurately established and maintained. Work with clients on account deposits and withdrawals, updating bank information, addresses, and beneficiaries.
Support our Wealth Advisors by coordinating client reviews, scheduling meetings, conducting research, and following up to resolve client inquiries.
Maintain accurate client data across our CRM Salesforce and Black Diamond for billing and reporting.

2+ years of experience in an administrative role within financial services.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Highly organized, with a knack for staying on top of many moving pieces at once.
An independent problem-solver with strong math and time-management skills.
Excellent follow-up and follow-through.
Sound judgment - able to recognize urgency and set priorities accordingly.
High degree of confidentiality and discretion.
Proficient with Windows-based software, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft 365.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Calendly, Charles Schwab and AI.

3 weeks PTO, plus paid federal holidays.
Eligible for a bonus pool after 1 year, or a commission structure depending on background.
Compensation$60,000 - $85,000 annually
Working ConditionsOnsite position, 100% in office.
Very limited travel within the Twin Cities as business needs require.
